Hi! I'm Tammy.

My photography journey started in high school with a bad gift! My mom wanted a point-and-shoot camera, but my "only the best" dad bought her something much better - a top of the line, all the bells and whistles, professional manual film camera! NOT what she had in mind, so guess who she handed it down to? I was immediately hooked! Soon I left for college where I was hired as a campus photographer covering special events, concerts, sports, public relations - I pretty much lived in the darkroom developing film and fine tuning my printing techniques.

Years later, I've switched from film to digital, Darkroom to Lightroom, but my passion remains the same. I absolutely LOVE photographing people as they experience life's most important moments - the priceless look on the groom's face when he sees his bride for the very first time - mom and dad sharing giggles with kiddos who will grow up way too fast - seniors ready to conquer the world (Sorry for the empty nest, mom. I feel your pain!) - once in a lifetime theater performances - bucket list travel experiences. Let me capture every special moment for you so you can be IN the moment instead of worrying about taking photos.

When I'm not behind the camera, you'll find me hanging out with my husband and two grown daughters (preferably with passports in hand!) or serving at my church (my second family!) as a musician and Bible study teacher. Life is good!
